SUE FROST is a Pilates instructor (STOTT and BASI certified), specialising in fitness, rehabilitation and fascial therapy. She completed her STOTT training through Lisa Palmer, and BASI “Pilates for Injuries and pathologies”, with Sam Wood. An essential part of Sue’s therapeutic approach is a holistic assessment of each individual’s needs, around which she modifies the Pilates techniques to fascilitate alignment and optimal function.
Sue is passionate about helping people and has had great successes with a wide range of sports related injuries and pre/post operation rehabilitation, pre and post-natal wellness, stroke and disabilities, postural issues and general bio- mechanics.
Sue Frost incorporates fascial therapy into her private Pilates sessions. Her methods have been influenced by Benita Kropman – Lynnotherapy and Douglas Heel – muscle activation. She continues to further her knowledge of fascial therapy and its profound effect on optimising the musculo-skeletal system.
