THINK SILVER STUDIO in Cape town (79 Kloof street), offers group mat Pilates classes and private sessions with BODY CONTROL PILATES certified instructors. Group mat classes and private sessions are offered to all levels for fitness and rehabilitation.

This Pilates technique focuses on the needs of the individual, be it for fitness, posture, pre- and post natal requirements, athletic performance or rehabilitation.

We offer smaller, bespoke Pilates classes, which allows our instructors to truly focus on your individual needs.

HIT PILATES – Pilates with a high intensity of sequenced movements. Taking on more challenge. This class will definitely raise your heart rate. Appropriate for bodies that have perfected Level 1.  Speak to Jeanne or your instructor about this class.
